CRWV“@MikeFritzell CRWV is like a shop at a fair that happens to have umbrellas during a pouring rainstorm. They’ll sell a lot of umbrellas during the rain, and there is no one else to sell you umbrellas at the moment, but eventually it either stops raining, or other umbrella companies will enter”—-5Tweet ↗

META“@Chris77417741 I'm positive on META's core business long-term, but if they have excess compute, it's a major problem because so does everyone else in that scenario. I don't see a cloud business as a likely backup plan. Everyone will have too much and the existing players win in a price war”long-term+5Tweet ↗

Canadian oil sands“@RazorOil I’m an investor in Canadian oil sands, but i would not dismiss this as a major long term risk. NRP“Thoughts on $NRP management team. I think they are great partners. They manage the partnership with a long term view; thinking in decades. This is not something to buy hoping to sell next year for a profit; it’s a long term asset; a watching-paint-dry asset (imo). I think they”long term0Tweet ↗

PBI“A rare example of a stock traded at 20%+ FCF yield (currently 22%) and using it all to buy back shares. Made possible by the concerns around the business's future, which are legitimate, but the good news is at this rate there will be no more shares left in a few years, long”—+10Tweet ↗

CRC“I wrote about $CRC in this post. I think they are a beneficiary of the new changes referenced above (specifically the new law SB237 which targets new well permits and more in-state oil production). They also own their mineral rights & valuable real estate”—+5Tweet ↗
